Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt unless the balsa box been sanded or hood has been damaged from misuse.  Return postage is paid by the customer.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping

We try and get orders out as soon as we receive them. Our cut off time for USPS orders is 10 am MST and for UPS 1 pm MST. M-F

We recently added USPS shipping to our line up for $16.85 flat rate. This reduced shipping costs and added shipping speed. They deliver in 2-3 days. Not including the day of shipping.  Please make sure the address you enter can receive mail from the post office. We haven't been able to make our shipping calculator recognize that the smaller products do not need the big bulky box, so if you aren't ordering a hood, shipping is approx $7-$9. Currently If you place your order online we are refunding the difference until we can find a solution.

If shipping UPS please enter physical address, No PO Boxes.

We also have a variety of shipping speeds available, UPS Ground (4-7 days for most packages), UPS 3-day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
